And Trump took Sessions out from under the Bush/Romney umbrella in a 2/3rd's route. And now Barr has created a pathway to investigate all the political corruption RICO uncovers. Which they clearly have in a holding pattern while precedent is set. 

POTUS got the SCOTUS to say that an EO (DACA - Even Obama said it was illegal) created by another President could not be removed by a President.  Trump can use that with his next EO's... for trial discussion because we know the left will try and use lawfare.
