He should be arrested for murder! Not only was he involved in so many deaths when AIDS came out weirdly from a monkey but he pushed the drug that killed many! Then he is behind this diabolical plot where many died in nursing homes, hospitals, etc from a lab he was funding! Coincidence I think not, the man is a psychopath!
