A few years ago, I had three radio shows. One of them was a Christian program called God Waves. Every year around Halloween, I laid out the wiles of the devil that is Halloween. I would go through the history of Halloween, and its negative ramifications on the blessings that God can't give to those who celebrate evil. This message wasn't very popular with mainstream America. But that only encouraged me further because:

Galatians 1:10
“For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.”

 Why is Halloween bad? Why it is a grave sin to expose our children to it? 

Am I stick-in-the-mud for Halloween? You bet. Because God can't bless those who follow the Pied Piper of Satan.

The pagan parties of Halloween celebrate not life but death.

While many unsuspecting parents and children enjoy the worship of horror, aka Halloween, as a harmless, fun-filled Trick-or-Treat event, its ramifications are serious indeed. Everything has its origin in the spiritual. What's happening here on earth is a reflection of things taking place in other dimensions and what is done in the spiritual is mirrored here on earth.

Matthew 18:18

Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Exposing your children to the wiles of Halloween is not a harmless funfest. Participation in Halloween unwittingly opens the doors through which evil moves to defile your house, your family, your children, even society. It is a source of evil, a tool in the arsenal of the adversaries of God.

Remind yourselves:

Ephesians 5:11 “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.”

I know, it can't be easy to refuse children the seemingly harmless fun of Trick-or--Treatin'. But what could be more rude that opening the door to **** using sweets? Those who do harm the children, even themselves, often without realizing it. Remember the first appearance of Satan in Genesis?

Genesis 3:1
“Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?”

Satan is tricking YOU!. Trick or Treat?
