Scripture for the Day Nov 27th 2020: Dealing with Traitors the Biblical Way

Yes, we're called to love your enemies. But God hasn't called us to be sheep to the slaughter. Traitors will take your country, your possessions, your wife, your family, your life, if you let them. Let's look at how King Solomon dealt with his brother Adonijah who wanted to overthrow King Solomon and claim kingship for himself. The Bible recounts this story in  1 Kings 1:1 through 1 Kings 2:25.

Adonijah was “a very handsome man” (1 Kings 1:6) with a flair for showmanship (1 Kings 1:5), but he also behaved badly. In other words, he was what we would call today a Liberal.

On his deathbed, surrounded by his wife and trusted administrative staff, King David crowned his son Solomon lawful King. Solomon had won the election. But Adonijah had other plans. He had schemed to win the hearts and minds of Israel, and people loved him.

Even though King David was still alive, Adonijah shamelessly declared throughout the land that he had become King. The people bought it for a time, and the fake King and his followers celebrated, just as Traitor Joe and his minions do today. What Biden doesn't realize is that God's people elected President Trump, just as Adonijah didn't accept that God chose Solomon to be the next King. When King Solomon rode through the street of the City of David on the King's mule (1 King 1:38) playing loud music, Adonijah's followers fled. The rats scurried.

Even though Adonijah committed high-treason trying to steal the election from Solomon, the King showed mercy if Adonijah would pay homage to God's elected. However, Adonijah continued to scheme, demanding to marry King David's concubine, which would have given him a legal claim to the throne. But the young King saw through the coup attempt and had Adonijah executed. Enough is enough! Even for Biden and the rats. Biden has been exposed as a China and Iran agent. He is an enemy combatant. He has sold his former VP office to the Chinese Communist Party, rigged the national and state elections, and now claims kingship by inventing an office of president-elect, which exists as much as Biden's lawful right to the presidency. It doesn't.

The national cabal, owned by international enemy interests, has overplayed its hand.

All I can say is, God has the Last Word!

2 Kings 2:21-25 (NLT)
21 “Then let your brother Adonijah marry Abishag, the girl from Shunem,” she replied. 22 “How can you possibly ask me to give Abishag to Adonijah?” King Solomon demanded. “You might as well ask me to give him the kingdom! You know that he is my older brother, and that he has Abiathar the priest and Joab son of Zeruiah on his side.” 23 Then King Solomon made a vow before the Lord: “May God strike me and even kill me if Adonijah has not sealed his fate with this request. 24 The Lord has confirmed me and placed me on the throne of my father, David; he has established my dynasty as he promised. So as surely as the Lord lives, Adonijah will die this very day!” 25 So King Solomon ordered Benaiah son of Jehoiada to execute him, and Adonijah was put to death.

Let's bow our hearts and pray:

LORD, thank You for your righteousness.
LORD, thank You for the gift that is President Trump.
LORD, let the outcome of this election be determined according to Your will.
LORD, let the schemers, the liars, the murderers, the traitors receive the portion they deserve.
LORD, let Your righteousness flood every dark corner on earth with the Light that extinguishes darkness, for darkness perishes in the light.
LORD, let Your children walk in victory for Your name's sake.

LORD, we pray this in the mighty name of Jesus.
So be it, Amen.

BIDEN’S FOLLYTHE LAW OF UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCESWhat it Means to Eliminate the Oil Industry Among Other ThingsBy E.P. Unum I wrote this essay back in the summer of 2020. Now that Joe Biden is President, it bears repeating because much of what feared has, sadly, already taken place. Many Democrats and Liberals like to shout and scream about how we all need to become more climate-conscious. They like to march down streets and wave their placards and makeshift flags about the need to eliminate fracking and do away with fossil fuels. Make no mistake, the self-anointed leader of the Democratic Party, Joe Biden promised during his Presidential campaign that he would not "do away with fracking or oi
