Daily Devotional Feb 5 2021: Unity Is Not Conformity

The enemies that are currently occupying the US government and its bureaucracy are as fake as a three-dollar bill. They call for "unity" but mean conformity, or-else. Indeed, why would any thinking person agree with people who support the murder of babies, the totalitarian Chinese regime, and edicts based on unscientific assertions, such as that there are more than two genders, the climate change hoax, or the faux China Virus crisis. Their propagators demand conformity. It must because there can be no unity of the righteous and the unrighteous. The countless executive edicts Joseph issued speak for themselves. The railroading of unpopular legislature through Congress with no Republican support or input is further evidence. The cancel culture is the start of our persecution. Still, we, as Christians, shall never stand in any form of unity with the enemy. 

"I cannot support a pro-abortion politician because he builds social housing, and because of the relative good I would have to accept the absolute evil.", Cardinal Mueller said recently in the context of supporting the Xiden regime.

We must resist conforming to evil edicts, ideologies, and their purveyors, whoever it may be.

Romans 12:2
“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
King James Version (KJV)

The renewing of the mind refers to spending time in God's Word, in prayer, and with followers of Jesus Christ and doing right (living righteous). We don't live righteous if we support sodomy, baby murdering, climate hoaxes, and liars. The goal of conformity to their evil is to be ruled by evil. No, Rinos, no, democrats, no, Deep State, no, Globalists, no, liars, no, ungodliness. What do I have in common with the fallen? We were all created in the image of God. But some reject God. A representative in congress apologizing to liar Alexandria Occasional-Smollet for his "white privilege"? What a coward. Don't kneel before those who are doing Satan's bidding. Kneel before God and repent. 

Exodus 20:3 - 20:5
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the water under the earth:
5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God [am] a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation] of them that hate me;

... Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them...

Stand firm then, and ask:

2 Corinthians 6:14
“Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?”

We are the Remnant, the ones who refuse to bow to evil. We are God's children. We are the victors.

Romans 11:4
“But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal.”

Let us pray:

Lord, glory and praise be to You. You are my King, and my salvation.

I pray that God is abounding profusely in your heart, and in your life. 

Lord, order my steps and guide me in all things, so that I may not fall for the lies of the enemy and be consumed by them.

I pray for the enemy in government and elsewhere, as we are commanded to do; 
that they may see and follow Your light, 
that they turn from their wicked ways and repent and be saved. 
Lord, I pray for their safety, so that we may live in peace.  

Lord, I pray, that you may give me the strength to withstand the wiles of the devil and his call for unity with him. Satan has but one demand: to worship him. Lord, give me the courage to refuse conformity to evil, lest I, myself, become evil.

Let the Holy Spirit guide me all the days of my life. Let my soul praise the Lord. And let me be a warrior for my King, my Lord, my Salvation, Jesus Christ.
